Evangeline Parish Tourism President Tony Marks (left) shares a toast with Swine Festival Queen Andie Toups, Queen Cotton Chloe Guilbeau and Louisiana Tournoi Queen Taylyn LaCombe during a special presentation following the Tourism board’s monthly meeting held Thursday, January 15. Each girl was presented with a special wine glass representing her festival. The artwork was done by Joni Duos. This new tradition began two years to give the queens a special memento of their reign and to wish them luck as they compete at the Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals Convention held each February in Baton Rouge.
