STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Delays are reported on the West Shore Expressway, the Goethals Bridge, and the Staten Island Expressway during the Tuesday morning rush hour.
A crash has been reported on the West Shore Expressway northbound near Arthur Kill Road. The left lane and shoulder are blocked during the emergency response, according to 511NY.
According to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, congestion on the Brooklyn-bound Staten Island Expressway is backing up onto the Goethals Bridge as of around 7 a.m.
