This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Boerum Hill, Bed Stuy, Crown Heights, and Midwood. How did they fare?

First up, there are still a few period details to be seen inside this renovated single-family brick row house in Boerum Hill. This former Open House Pick sold in December for $5.7 million, which was $800,000 under the asking price.

In Bed Stuy, this Queen Anne row house is a three-family with two rental units over a duplex. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in November.

In Crown Heights, a one-bedroom has gleaming wood floors, storage space, and an eat-in kitchen. This former Co-op of the Day sold in October for the asking price of $625,000.

Finally, this one-bedroom in Midwood could use some TLC, but it has some period features, like arched doorways and a sunken living room, and is listed for under $300,000. This former Co-op of the Day Sold in December for $240,000, which was $35,000 under the asking price.
