A 48-year-old cyclist was killed this morning after he collided with a pickup truck in Queens, police said on Tuesday.

The bicycle rider was traveling west on Sanford Ave. in Flushing when a 23-year-old man driving a Ford F 150 truck southbound on 160th St. tried to make a right turn onto Sanford Ave., and the vehicles crashed into each other, cops said.

Medics rushed the 48-year-old victim to New York-Presbyterian Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.

The driver stayed at the scene of the crash.

So far there have been no arrests. The NYPD’s Collision Investigation Squad is investigating.

The victim’s identity is being withheld until his family has been notified.
