STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is asking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual wanted for questioning in connection to an incident of grand larceny that occurred in Great Kills and Huguenot late last month.
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025, at approximately 3:50 p.m. an unidentified woman entered a TD Bank branch at 4401 Amboy Rd. and allegedly utilized a 23-year-old male victim’s debit card to remove $3,800 from his account without permission.

At around 4:20 p.m. the same day, the woman entered a second TD Bank branch at 929 Huguenot Ave. where she allegedly removed $4,200 from the same victim’s account, police said.
Following the second withdrawal, she fled the location, police said.
The individual is described as a female wearing a black jacket, tan sweater, brown shirt and blue jeans. She was also wearing tan boots and carrying a brown purse, according to a statement released by the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.

The NYPD has released surveillance photos of the sought individual.
