STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying three individuals sought for questioning in connection with a gunpoint robbery that occurred in early January in Concord.
On Jan. 2, at approximately 9:35 p.m., a 26‑year‑old man was approached from behind by three unidentified individuals on Clove Road near Mosel Avenue, according to a written statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.

One of the assailants displayed a firearm and struck the victim with it, according to the police statement.
The group then punched and kicked the man before forcibly removing a gold chain from his neck valued at about $15,000, police said.
The individuals fled the scene on foot.
The victim suffered a head laceration and facial swelling. EMS transported him to Northwell Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze, where he was listed in stable condition.

The NYPD released surveillance images of individuals sought for questioning in connection with the incident.
