Junior Designer

We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a NAAB accredited degree in Architecture, 0 – 3 years postgraduate experience, and the motivation to work within a collaborative and design-intensive environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Produce 2D drawings and 3D models under supervision for all design phases.Produce design materials for client presentations.Understand the process of researching relevant project precedence and information.Research products and materials as directed for consideration on projects.Visit site, survey and record existing drawings. Integrate existing field conditions into new or revised drawings under supervision.
Qualifications:
NAAB accredited Architecture Degree, or higher0 – 3 years postgraduate experience in an architectural settingProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape VRay), Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to effectively collaborate with the design team in internal meetings and conversationsAbility to demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to demonstrate time management and organizational skills Ability to efficiently prepare digital renderings and construction documentsHigh degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulnessCandidate must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Compensation
This is a full-time position, and the salary will be commensurate with experience. The starting salary is $66,300. A competitive benefits package includes paid time off, student loan repayment, insurance, fitness & commuter assistance, 401K & many more.
