MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A popular Manhattan building reopened its doors this afternoon after a three-year renovation.
Union Hall has been revitalized to be a bigger and brighter venue for years to come.
The historic building has served as a dynamic event space since originally opening in 1896.
“130 years later, in many ways, we’re re-establishing this idea of this being a space that the community can use to gather,” co-owner Kail Katzenmeier said. “Special events and come together in meaningful ways. So we’re tired and excited.”
Union hall owners say a public open house is in the works and will be announced soon. It’s located at 328 Poyntz Avenue in Manhattan.
