Pura Vida Miami inks 4,000-SF lease in DUMBO for Brooklyn café

DUMBO — CAFÉ PURA VIDA MIAMI signed a 10-year lease for 4,000 square feet at Two Trees’ 79 Front St. in DUMBO, marking the Florida-based brand’s second Brooklyn outpost and seventh in the city, according to the New York Business Journal, which broke the story, and the Commercial Observer. The chain’s first Brooklyn outlet opened in Williamsburg.

The health-conscious café is slated to open in the second quarter of 2026. Founder and CEO Omer Horev called the DUMBO move “a meaningful step” in the chain’s New York expansion, with Two Trees touting the neighborhood’s blend of creativity, culture, dining and wellness. Recent REBNY data pegs average asking rents in prewar DUMBO retail at under $100 per square foot, according to Business Journal.

Menu items include “Super Greens” smoothies, all-day breakfasts loaded with avocados and whole grains, and healthy sandwiches and wraps.
