MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A person was arrested Monday night in connection with a robbery and battery incident in Manhattan, officials said.
The arrested person was identified as Taren Lhuillier, 20, of Manhattan.
Riley County police officials said Lhuillier was arrested around 6:55 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of S. 6th Street in Manhattan. The location was just south of 6th Street and Poyntz Avenue.

Lhuillier was then booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with aggravated robbery and aggravated battery..
Lhuillier was released from jail after posting a total bond of $100,000.
Riley County police officials said the arrest stemmed from a report originally filed in July 2025.
