Days after the snowstorm dumped a foot of snow in Brooklyn, residents say they are still dealing with the aftermath.

“I couldn’t even go to work yesterday,” said John, a Flatlands resident.

Bus stops across the borough have not been tended to and are covered in ice and snow.

“Like a snow pit, of just pure snow,” said Nathan, a Canarsie resident.

Deputy Mayor Julia Kerson speaking at a press conference early Tuesday morning asked New Yorkers for their patience. She noted that the freezing temperatures were making cleanup more difficult.
