COUNTRY CLUB, Bronx (WABC) — A smoky second-alarm fire burned through a home in the Country Club section of the Bronx overnight.
Firefighters battled flames and frigid conditions as fire burned through a home on Dean Avenue just after 2:30 a.m.
141 fire and EMS personnel responded to the call, which came in just before 2 a.m.
Two firefighters with minor injuries were taken to a nearby hospital.
Two residents also received minor injuries.
One was taken to the hospital, the other was treated at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
