STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities are responding to a water main break in Stapleton during the Thursday morning rush hour.
Water is leaking on Fulton Street near Warren Street.
Fulton Street is impassable for cars because of snow, ice and water.
The snow is left over from last weekend’s storm after more than a foot of snow blanketed Staten Island.
