MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was being held on a $1 million bond in the Riley County Jail following his arrest early Monday in connection with second-degree murder, officials said.
The arrested man was identified as Billy Dee Michael Arnez, 39, of Manhattan.
Officials said Arnez was arrested around 1 a.m. Monday in the 1900 block of Anderson Avenue in Manhattan.
