COBBLE HILL — ROCKROSE DEVELOPMENT’S Henry Elghanayan is in contract to buy a full Brooklyn city block tied to the demolished Long Island College Hospital and SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University for $100 million, a deal that requires approval from the New York State Office of the Attorney General because a nonprofit is involved, the Real Deal reports.
The 258,000-square-foot property spans 363-365 Hicks St., 97 Amity St. and 340 Henry St., and Rockrose previously paid $65 million in 2024 for nearby 91-95 Pacific St. from Madison Realty Capital.
A long-running dispute involving Fortis Property Group and the State University of New York remains in court, but the report said it is not expected to derail the sale.
