The 2026 NFL offseason is in full swing for the New York Jets.
After missing the postseason for the 15th year in a row, changes are expected this offseason led by general manager Darren Mougey and head coach Aaron Glenn.

Many put plenty of optimism in the NFL draft each offseason and 2026 is no different. Especially with Jets holding two first-round picks including No. 2 overall.
However, NFL free agency comes before the April draft in March. Not only could the Green and White add new free agents, they’ll have many to try and bring back.
