NYPD seeks help finding 30-year-old man missing from Staten Island

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s help to locate a 30-year-old man reported missing from New Springville.

Tao Lin most recently was seen on Thursday around 9:30 p.m. leaving his home in the vicinity of Richmond Hill Road and Marsh Avenue, according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.

Police described the missing man as having brown eyes and black hair. He is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He was seen wearing a blue jacket and black pants.

The NYPD provided a photo of the missing man.
