STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.— Tourney magic was in full force Thursday evening, as Island teams advanced onto the next during an action-packed slate of the 2026 President Vito Fossella SIHSL Tournament.
With their wins, Staten Island Academy, Curtis and New Dorp moved on to the quarterfinals, each aiming to knock off a top-four seed in pursuit of a semifinal berth.
