Romeo Beckham and Kim Turnbull are back together just months after their split.

Beckham, 23, confirmed their reunion on Tuesday, October 21, when he posted a pic of the couple via his Instagram story.

The two initially broke up in June after seven months of dating and amid the ongoing feud within the Beckham family. Turnbull, 24, was previously linked to Romeo’s brother, Brooklyn. Brooklyn, 26, and his wife, Nicola Peltz, skipped out on family patriarch David Beckham’s 50th birthday in May, reportedly to avoid being in the same room as Turnbull.

Turnbull, for her part, denied ever having a romantic relationship with Brooklyn, though Brooklyn and Peltz were still reportedly uncomfortable with her relationship with Romeo.

A source confirmed to Us Weekly in June that the family drama was the reason Romeo and Turnbull split.

“Romeo and Kim did split because of the family drama,” the source said. “It was mutual. It was just too much pressure and tension looming over them.”

The insider added, “It put a lot of strain on them and there was no path forward. “It was unfortunate that it got to that point, but family comes first for Romeo.”

A second insider, however, denied that family drama played a role in the breakup.

The Beckham family rift is nearing the point of no return as Brooklyn Beckham and his wife, Nicola Peltz, find themselves ostracized from Brooklyn’s parents, David and Victoria. A source exclusively tells Us Weekly that Brooklyn, 26, has demanded he and Nicola, 30 receive “special treatment” from the family, which led to the couple being […]

“Romeo and Kim’s split had nothing to do with family issues,” the source said. “They just drifted apart. They’re young and both focused on their careers.”

Brooklyn, for his part, is also not speaking to his brother, Cruz, and does not seem ready to reconcile with the family.

“Brooklyn has no interest in mending things at this time,” a source told Us. “He’s really focused on living a peaceful, drama-free life with Nicola. They’ve built their own world together and are very content in it. They want to let things settle naturally rather than trying to fix something that still feels tense.”

The source added that he has still not reconciled with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, either.

“The relationships are all still strained,” the insider says.

The rift has weighed on David and Victoria, 51, as they have not been able to bring the whole family together for major events, including the release of Victoria’s eponymous Netflix series earlier in October.

“It’s been heartbreaking for Victoria and David to not have all their children together during huge press events for the family, like Victoria’s documentary release,” the source added. “It was such a big moment for the family, and she wanted everyone together to celebrate it.”

“[David] misses how close they all used to be,” the insider continued. “David and Victoria have always been about family first, so seeing that distance, especially during milestones that mean so much to them, has been incredibly hard.”

Brooklyn himself broke his silence on the feud last month, trying to dispel public speculation while competing in the Ryder Cup Celebrity All-Star Match.

“Everyone is always going to say rubbish,” he told the Daily Mail. “I just try and do this, play some golf with some friends. It’s good fun.”
