GEDDES, N.Y. — The New York State Department of Transportation is warning drivers that Interstate 690 eastbound will be reduced to one lane between Exit 10 (NY 695/Lakeland/Auburn) and Exit 11 (NY 297/Fairgrounds/Solvay) in the Town of Geddes.
The lane reduction will begin Wednesday, Oct. 22 until Wednesday, Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m, to accommodate bridge work.
Construction is weather dependent and subject to change based on conditions.
Drivers are asked to be careful when driving through work zones and pay attention to traffic control devices.
