Brooklyn Beckham has reportedly distanced himself from famous friends including Gordon Ramsay’s twins, with insiders claiming they were left ‘totally blindsided’

Brooklyn Beckham previously made headlines when he dramatically severed ties with his parents, David and Victoria, releasing a shocking statement where he claimed his family was “controlling the narrative.”
Sources now suggest Brooklyn has also ruthlessly distanced himself from several friends, with those affected reportedly stunned by his “bizarre” actions. High-profile former friends such as Gordon Ramsay’s twins Jack and Holly, Madonna’s son Rocco Ritchie, and Selena Gomez have all apparently been dropped by the aspiring chef since he tied the knot with Nicola Peltz in 2022. Brooklyn hasn’t been photographed with any of his London friends in over five years — a clear indication of where his allegiances currently rest.
His August vow renewal ceremony, following their wedding in April 2022, at Nicola’s family compound in New York saw none of his old friends make the guest list. Rather, he celebrated with Georgina Chapman, her partner Adrien Brody, and Nicola’s styling team.

However, a select few friends have somehow maintained their connection with him, including, surprisingly, some former romantic interests.
Anais Gallagher
Reports indicate that Anais Gallagher — daughter of Oasis legend Noel and Meg Mathews, and Brooklyn’s former schoolmate — was stunned to find herself blocked by Brooklyn after he posted his explosive statement online. Anais was a classmate of Brooklyn’s at the prestigious Fine Arts College in Belsize Park, North West London — where annual fees run around £12,000 per term — and she even made an appearance at his wedding.

Sources suggested that before Brooklyn got together with Nicola, he and Anais shared an “incredibly close” bond with a “flirty” dynamic — though things seemingly soured after Anais reportedly called his widely ridiculed photography book “offensive.”
An insider revealed to The Sun, “She was really blindsided when she realized that he had blocked her. Anais is pretty sure it’s because he’s worried she’s going to spill the beans about what went on. But that’s not her style.”
The source continued, “If you’ve ever crossed him, he won’t forget – and as the war with his parents drags on, he’s taking note on who has his back and who clearly doesn’t.”
Rocco Ritchie
During their younger years, Brooklyn frequently spent time with Rocco, the son of Madonna and Guy Ritchie, with photos capturing the duo skateboarding together. At that time, Rocco was in a relationship with Kim Turnbull, who’s now romantically involved with Brooklyn’s younger sibling Romeo.

While Rocco attended Brooklyn and Nicola’s initial wedding ceremony, he was noticeably absent when the couple renewed their vows in 2025. Brooklyn had previously characterized Rocco — along with Gordon Ramsay’s son Jack — as among his “really close friends”.
In a 2017 interview, he shared: “I’ve changed schools quite a few times but I have some close friends that have known me since I was very young. I have a handful of really close friends, but in particular I’d say Jack Ramsay and Rocco Ritchie.”
However, insiders now suggest there’s been “a real shutdown” in Brooklyn’s friendships with his U.K.-based pals. Sources revealed, “It’s like the marriage to Nicola meant he started a whole new life with new people around him. It’s sad but people have sensed a shift in his life and priorities.”
Holly and Jack Ramsay
Brooklyn is believed to have cut ties with his longtime friend Jack Ramsay, and reportedly turned down an invitation to Holly’s winter wedding to Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty in December 2025. Meanwhile, his parents and siblings all attended the festivities.

The Beckham and Ramsay families have shared a tight bond since the early 2000s, growing closer after both relocated to the USA, where David Beckham and Gordon Ramsay advanced their respective careers. With kids around the same age, the families naturally drew nearer as their children matured together.
Born just nine months apart, Brooklyn and Holly, alongside her twin brother Jack, formed a close friendship, regularly enjoying play dates. The pair were frequently photographed together across the globe, including during the holidays, as their celebrity parents took the families on tropical getaways and winter ski trips.
However, Brooklyn’s choice to skip the festivities reportedly didn’t sit well with protective parents Gordon and Tana Ramsay. An insider revealed to the Daily Mail, “David and Victoria see Gordon and Tana almost as family. The kids all grew up together. Brooklyn always loved his time with them all but his and Jack’s friendship isn’t really there any more which is a great shame.
Gordon and Tana have been upset at the fall-out too. They are very, very fond of Brooklyn. They’ve known him since he was tiny. Brooklyn doesn’t appear to see many of his friends he hung out with before Nicola any more and that is very sad. These are people who he goes way back with and Holly is one of them.”
Selena Gomez
The friendship between pop sensation Selena Gomez, Nicola and Brooklyn was once so tight they playfully referred to themselves as a “throuple” — though it appears that bond has since dissolved. Sources suggest Selena felt abandoned when Nicola apparently distanced herself — and notably, neither Nicola nor Brooklyn attended Selena’s September nuptials to Benny Blanco.

Though a source explained to the Daily Mail that Nicola’s absence was purely professional: “Nicola is in strict preparation for a new role, and was unavailable. She and Brooklyn wish Selena and Benny all the best.”
Afton McKeith Afton, daughter of I’m A Celeb star Gillian McKeith, appears to have demonstrated her support for her ex-boyfriend Brooklyn after suggesting his parents could’ve “protected” him more.
After Brooklyn’s statement was made public, Afton, who was raised in West London alongside Brooklyn, spoke openly about how Brooklyn had struggled with anxiety.
She said, “Brooklyn felt as though the world was constantly waiting for him to muck up. I now feel his parents could have protected him more and considered the impact of the public Brand Beckham.”
Tallia Storm
Likewise, singer Tallia Storm, who was romantically involved with Brooklyn in 2014 during their teenage years, shared her experiences with Brooklyn’s mom, Victoria. She revealed to The Mirror that Posh took a keen interest in their relationship and that her team arranged for paparazzi to capture photos of them together.

Reflecting on the occasion when she and Brooklyn were scheduled to attend a charity gala, Tallia recalled: “I was meant to sit next to Brooklyn.
“We were all super excited — and then he messaged me on the night itself, when I was already inside, saying, ‘My mom won’t let me come, I’m sorry.’ And that was that. Obviously, Victoria didn’t like me or whatever.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Numerous parallels have been drawn between Brooklyn and Prince Harry due to their choices to create some distance from their respective families. Last year, reports surfaced that the royal and his wife Meghan were offering support to Brooklyn and Nicola, even extending dinner invitations to them.
It was suggested that Harry, who was also in conflict with his father, King Charles, and brother Prince William, was able to provide support to Brooklyn.
