NEW YORK (PIX11) — Alternate Side Parking rules are suspended through Wednesday in observance of Presidents’ Day, Lunar New Year, Ash Wednesday, and Losar.
Drivers are reminded that parking within 15 feet of either side of a fire hydrant is illegal and that painted curbs at hydrant locations do not indicate where they can park.
Parking meters will remain in effect.
Drivers can now look up ASP rules on street cleaning signs on specific streets. Click here to see the Department of Transportation’s Parking Sign Locator map.
