​At Volo, participants can choose from a variety of traditional sports, including volleyball, soccer, basketball, pickleball, flag football, and more. As well as more social sports, like kickball, cornhole, bocce, bowling, and skeeball leagues.
Throughout the year, over 12 different sports rotate by season, and players can join solo, as a team, or in a small group. There are even corporate leagues to explore.
Inclusive Environment​
Volo prioritizes helping players select the league type that best fits their needs. Participants can filter the league of their choice by gender preference: coed, women, men, and open leagues.Â
Players can also pick their desired skill level based on their comfort level with the sport. From recreational to upper intermediate to intermediate to competitive and advanced, Volo leagues provide a wide range of opportunities to compete.
The Social ComponentÂ
Volo makes it easy to stay active while building a sense of community with others seeking the same. Many return to Volo year after year to stay active outside the gym and break up the work week.

​The Hoboken, Jersey City, and Manhattan spring leagues are now live, and Volo is back this time with new sport and game options (with some of the fan favorite options returning as well).
The newest sports league to keep an eye out for is Wednesday night Kickball and Flip Cup at JFK Stadium in Hoboken (where participants can join and play for as low as $50). JOIN HERE
