Outside the building where her daughter died, Paulina Pacheco spoke to NY1 through an interpreter.

“It’s been two months and they haven’t reached out or said anything to me,” she said.
According to NYPD sources, the investigation remains ongoing, and they’ve reached out to the family as recently as Wednesday.
At the time of her death, police sources initially told NY1 Guerrero showed signs of trauma when she was found.
The medical examiner has still not ruled on a cause of death.
“Pamela not only suffered bruises on her back, her neck and her arm, but multiple bruises to her face,” advocate Bishop Boyde Y. Singletary said.
Her family said those injuries raise questions they say investigators have not addressed.
“I want answers from NYPD, true answers,” Pacheco said.
One of the biggest questions is how Guerrero got inside the building.
Her mother said Guerrero didn’t live there and didn’t know anyone who did.
“Somebody knows something. Somebody knows something,” Pacheco said.
