STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The glitz and glamour of Las Vegas will be recreated for the 19th annual Richmond University Medical Center (RUMC) gala, set for Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. in Nicotra’s Ballroom of the Hilton Garden Inn, Bloomfield. Guests will enjoy entertainment provided by Manhattan Rhapsody as an Elvis impersonator and showgirls circle the festive ballroom.

Robert Urs will be honored for his dedication and leadership as president of the RUMC Foundation Board of Directors. Dr. Francesco Rotatori will be honored for providing outstanding medical care and for his service and guidance as president of the medical staff since 2023.

A special gratitude award will be presented to Angels On The Bay, a supporter of the Wayne Zenna Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at RUMC.

“These honorees are lifting RUMC to new heights as it continues the most comprehensive transformation in its 122-year history,” said Daniel J. Messina, president and chief executive officer of the hospital. “We are grateful for their service and support.”
