A Manhattan woman is in custody after police say she damaged the inside of an apartment, in the 700 block of Griffith Drive.
Riley County Police have charged 46-year-old Virginia Beneux with a single count of criminal damage to property. The estimated total loss associated with the case is $2,000. The victim in the case is a 63-year-old man.
Beneux remains jailed on a $100,000 bond.
