Pink may want to “Get the Party Started,” but she’s tired of the people starting rumors instead.

The three-time Grammy-winning artist recently debunked rumors that she and her husband, Carey Hart, had split, and now, she’s setting the record straight on her recent move to the Big Apple.

On Monday’s episode of “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” which Pink is guest hosting, the “Try” singer clarified she didn’t move to New York to host the syndicated talk show. “We actually moved here because I am an amazing mom and also so Willow could study theatre and experience more Broadway,” she said.

With Kelly Clarkson leaving her daytime talk show to spend more time with her family, rumors have swirled that Pink may be next in line to take over the time slot. However, the vocalist says otherwise. In a since-deleted Instagram video, she said, “Hi everybody. Just in a continuation of debunking all of the sources that we’ve got going on in the world. I’m not taking over ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show.’ I’m doing a fun thing for my buddy Kelly, because it’s a fun thing. If I wanted a talk show, I would not have to audition. I would just have one, and it would be amazing, not something I’m currently researching or looking for in my busy, busy, busy world.”

Sorry, Pink fans. Sounds like she won’t be a staple on our TV screens anytime soon.
