BAYCHESTER, The Bronx (PIX11) — An MTA bus driver is recovering at a local hospital after being attacked by a group of four men, the NYPD said on Thursday.
On Feb. 2, the 49-year-old bus driver was on board a Bx 38 MTA bus in front of 1945 Bartow Avenue when the group confronted the victim, police said.

One suspect allegedly told the victim that he had a knife, and the group of men then punched the victim multiple times, according to the investigation.

The four men then exited the bus and fled the scene, police said.
