MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – Riley County police on Thursday were investigating a fraud report in which a man lost thousands of dollars in Manhattan.
The incident was reported around 12:11 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road.
A 38-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported that a known 39-year-old woman removed money from bank accounts without his permission.
