On March 13, 2026, the Al-Quds Committee of New York organized a rally and march to mark Iran’s International Jerusalem Day. An emcee led the chant: “Stop eating babies, stop raping kids,” directed at counter-protesters. Another emcee led the chants: “Haidar, Haidar! Khaibar, Khaibar!” and “Khaibar, Khaibar, oh Zion!”
A speaker praised the “military prowess and unbreakable spirit” of “beloved commanders,” Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah, and the “valiant commanders” of the IRGC and Houthi Ansar Allah. He said: “We are on the brink of victory. Let us honor our martyrs, let us carry their rifle.”
A woman led the crowd in the chant “Death to Israel” in Persian, and later during the march protesters chanted “Khamenei is the Leader” in Persian. Protesters called on Iran to strike Tel Aviv and on Hizbullah to destroy Tel Aviv, later adding: “U.S.A., go to Hell!”
Protesters displayed photos of Iranian leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini and Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, and waved flags of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
