BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A waitlist has reopened for an affordable housing lottery in the Bronx, offering units for as low as $802.

The units are located at 1939 West Farms Road and 1926 Longfellow Avenue.

West Farms Apartments offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments for around $802 to $1,085 for a household of one to seven people with an annual household income of $31,200 and $60,270.

There are immediate vacancies for one-bedroom apartments for $1,262 for a single person or a household of three earning between $46,972 and $87,480.

There are also immediate vacancies for two-bedroom apartments for $1,475 for a household of two to five people earning between $55,440 and $87,500.

Rent includes cooking, gas, and hot water. Tenants pay for electricity.
