Three months ago on “You Decide” podcast, NY1 released a two-part series — “Bella’s Battles: The Activist and Icon Who Changed America” — on Bella Abzug to look at her career as a civil rights and anti-war activist.

During her time in Congress, she represented parts of Manhattan, including Greenwich Village and much of the West Side.

On Tuesday, PBS will premiere its own special on the feminist trailblazer, featuring interviews with former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Barbra Streisand, Hillary Clinton and more.

Liz Abzug, the late congresswoman’s daughter, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Monday to discuss the upcoming documentary and more.

Spectrum News NY1 and Roosevelt House will co-host a live panel at 6 p.m. on March 19 that will take a closer look at the political career of Abzug
