The New York State Police in Livingston report the arrest of Brian M. Maguire, 26, of Schodack, New York.
Maguire was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor, and Assault 3rd, a class A misdemeanor, following an investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Livingston.
The investigation began on March 11, 2026, after troopers responded to a report that a 16-year-old had been struck in the face at a private residence in the Town of Stuyvesant.
On March 11, 2026, Maguire was arrested and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Stuyvesant Court on March 18, 2026, at 6 p.m.
