A glamorous ocean-to-harbor estate in Elbow Cay — part of the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas — has hit the market for $25 million.

The sellers are Courtney Cunningham — whose stepfather, Richard Sands, founded Constellation Brands, a Fortune 500 producer and marketer of beer, wine and spirits (including top brands such as Corona, Modelo and Kim Crawford) — and her husband, Max Winslow.

It’s near Hope Town’s charming Elbow Reef Lighthouse, built in 1862.

The turnkey estate was designed by award-winning architect and interior designer Max Strang, with landscape design by Raymond Jungles. Strang’s celebrity clients include Formula One legend Eddie Irvine, while Strang’s own home, the Rock House in Coconut Grove, was featured in “Miami Vice.”

Built in 2021, the Elbow Cay house sits on 3.6 acres. At 10,600 square feet, it features nine bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths — with 228 feet of ocean frontage on the Atlantic, as well as 258 feet of frontage on the Sea of Abaco.

There’s a pool, an outdoor shower, a sports court with basketball and pickleball, and a private, deep-water dock. The property also features a water sports room stocked with paddleboards, snorkel gear, scuba gear and fishing equipment, as well as a garage with a Moke electric vehicle and two off-road vehicles for trail riding.

In addition, Cunningham and Winslow are putting a 28-acre development site on the market for $18 million. It includes around 1,600 feet of deep-water frontage on the Sea of Abaco, says local Bahamian listing broker Kerry Sullivan, who has both listings; Jessica and Jason Adams of Douglas Elliman are Sullivan’s marketing partners.

Formerly known as the Elbow Cay Club, the property comes with white-sand beaches and “marina potential,” the brokers say, adding that it is “the largest single property offering on Elbow Cay in at least 60 years.”

The sale also includes “plans [that] were approved in principle for an upscale, low-density resort” with around 17 hotel bungalows, 32 private homes, a clubhouse, restaurants, wellness and fitness amenities, and a 40-slip deep-water marina, according to the listing.
