QUEENS, NY — A 3-year-old boy is among four people killed in a four-alarm building fire in Queens on Monday.

The fire broke out at 44-49 College Point Blvd. in Flushing around 12:30 p.m. on Monday.

The blaze quickly spread through the three floors of the building causing a collapse, fire officials said.

Five other civilians suffered injuries. One person remains in critical condition.

Five firefighters suffered minor injuries while responding to the blaze.

The blaze was brought under control around 2:50 p.m.

FDNY fire marshals will determine the cause of the fire.
