Notice is hereby given for a PUBLIC HEARING to be held before the Manhattan Town Council on Thursday, April 9. 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Meeting Room located at 207 S 6th St, Manhattan, Montana.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to discuss Ordinance No. 26-003 to amend the Town Code to prohibit the sale and distribution of Kratom products within the Town of Manhattan.
All pertinent information regarding this hearing may be reviewed at the Manhattan Town Office at 207 S 6th St. between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00.
Written comments may be submitted to the Manhattan Town Office, PO Box 96, Manhattan, MT 59741-0096.
