
NYC housing lottery: Buy an apartment for as low as $16K
BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — New York City Housing Connect has opened a waitlist for a lottery that offers apartments for sale as low as $15,745.
The units are available at the Mitchell-Lama Dennis Lane Apartments, Inc., at 2414 Crotona Avenue in the Bronx.

Applicants must be New York State residents, and only one request may be submitted per applicant.

There will be a limit of 300 applicants drawn for the studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom lotteries, respectively, and 100 applicants drawn for the three-bedroom lottery.
The lottery closes on April 8.
There is a non-refundable $75 application fee. You can apply for the lotteries online.
