The driver who fatally struck a cyclist and injured four others in a horrific Harlem crash has a long history of vehicle crime — including driving while intoxicated and hitting pedestrians, law enforcement sources said Friday.

Kevin Crosby, 49, of The Bronx was charged with manslaughter and driving while high after allegedly plowing into two cyclists and dragging them under his car Thursday night, according to police and witnesses.

The speed demon — who allegedly “kept hitting the gas” even after mowing down victims near West 125th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard  —  has 19 arrests on his record, including one for aggravated vehicle assault in June 2020.

In that crash, he allegedly struck pedestrians and sideswiped multiple vehicles on Jerome Avenue and West Fordham Road in The Bronx, records show.

The Bronx District Attorney’s office ultimately lowered the assault charge and prosecuted Cosby for reckless driving and reckless endangerment. He pleaded guilty and ultimately got probation.

Crosby has also been convicted of driving under the influence two times in the past 10 years.

In his latest trouble, Crosby was allegedly driving a Red Hyundai Tucson when he ran over two bicyclists, aged 33 and 28 — sparking chaos as pedestrians scrambled to get out of his way — then barreled into a parked NYPD cruiser at around 8:05 p.m., according to cops and footage.

Shocking video of the incident shows Crosby’s car dragging the victims down the busy throughfare as sparks showered from under the vehicle.

He collided with multiple other vehicles, including a tractor-trailer truck before finally stopping, according to witnesses and cops.

“I seen two men laying there, they can’t move, face down, those were the two people who got hit on their bikes and dragged by the car,” said a witness, who gave only the initials C.B for a name.

The injured cyclists were rushed to  hospitals in critical condition, and the 28-year-old cyclist was later pronounced dead.

Stunning footage allegedly shows Crosby dragging two victims and possibly a bike under the hood of the car as sparks fly.

Crosby was not injured in the crash.
