A deranged woman was charged in a vicious scissor attack that left one of her elderly roommates dead and another seriously injured, authorities said Monday.

Oumou Bah, 43, was charged with murder after she allegedly wielded a pair of scissors and stabbed 74-year-old Hadiatou Bah multiple times in the head and arms, and cut another roomie, 72, on her back and arms inside the Ebbets Field Apartments on Bedford Avenue late Saturday, police said.

The older victim was rushed to the Kings County Hospital Center, where she succumbed to her injuries, while the younger woman was listed in stable condition, cops said.

The deadly attack stemmed from a bitter feud between roommates, sources said.

The alleged killer was taken into custody at the scene and also faces attempted murder and weapon possession charges, authorities said.

While the victim and suspect share the same last name, they are not related, according to the sources.

Neighbors previously told The Post that Oumou had moved in just five months ago and that a man who lived with the women was seen banging on the barricaded door screaming, “Let me in!” before cops arrived.

One neighbor described the two victims as “nice people” who “never argue with anyone.”

“They’re very quiet, very loving, caring,” one resident said, adding that one of the victims worked as a home care attendant.
