While Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are both Hollywood stars, he was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, while she made her entrance into the world in Los Angeles, California. Nowadays, the celebrity couple spends much of their time in New York City, where they happen to own the kind of stylish apartment that you might expect two stars to call home.

When Reynolds and Lively aren’t working on a new movie, they’re likely spending time in their big city residence. “Lively has lived in New York City since starring on Gossip Girl,” People says, while adding that “[a]fter she and fellow actor Ryan Reynolds tied the knot on Sept. 9, 2012, they continued to live in New York.”
Although People notes that they’ve since been “curating and creating gorgeous abodes for their family,” which includes their four children — daughters James, Inez and Betty and son Olin — their “primary residence is a serene and cozy” (and stylish!) “apartment in Lower Manhattan.”

Although Reynolds and Lively haven’t given fans a full-on tour of the New York City apartment, they occasionally share posts of themselves inside the residence.
In various pics, fans can get a look at “the home’s rustic wooden floors and painted brick-and-wood-clad walls,” per People. Another part of the abode features “blue-gray walls [that] appeared to be upholstered in a velvet fabric that also covered a door, creating a nearly hidden effect known as a blind door.”
Beyond that, People points out that the residence boasts “statement” art, “gold-framed paintings,” a “colorful woven rug,” “dark wooden cabinetry” in the kitchen and a “gold push-button light switch,” among other fabulous details.
“In the main living area, yellow-toned banquette seating peek[s] out from behind a sturdy exposed wood column in the center of the room,” People notes. “The same exposed brick wall seen in the entryway amplified the industrial vibes, while the statement chandelier gave the room a glam feel. Homey elements were added via framed photographs surrounding arched black-framed windows.”
“From its gray-toned wooden floor to the black-framed windows, the couple’s master bedroom tied the rustic and industrial vibes together beautifully. Soft touches were added to the space through the upholstered bed, beige wall color and a gold sconce,” People explained while discussing a photo that Lively shared (see below). “While showing off her dazzling gold Michael Kors look, Lively revealed she had designed the space herself. The photo also offered a glimpse of the primary bathroom, equipped with a marble free-standing bathtub.”
