The New York Knicks have recalled Tyler Kolek and Ariel Hukporti from the G-League as they face injury concerns for the game vs the Warriors.

On Tuesday night, the New York Knicks will host the New Orleans Pelicans at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan.

The Knicks most recently beat the Washington Wizards by a score of 145-113.

Landry Shamet did not play in the game.

For Tuesday’s game, the Knicks have announced that they will remain without Shamet.

Stefan Bondy of The New York Post wrote: “Landry Shamet is OUT for tomorrow’s game with a tibial plateau contusion.

That’s a bone bruise in the knee and recovery times vary wildly.”

Shamet is currently averaging 9.6 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists per contest while shooting 43.9% from the field and 38.8% from there-point range in 46 games.

He is in his second season playing for New York.

New York Ahead Of Pelicans Battle

After making the Eastern Conference finals in 2025, the Knicks are in the middle of another strong season.

They are the third seed in the Eastern Conference with a 47-25 record in 72 games.

Right now, the Knicks are in the middle of a six-game winning streak (and 26-9 at home).

Following the Pelicans, they will play their next game on Thursday when they visit LaMelo Ball and the Charlotte Hornets in North Carolina.

On the other side, the Pelicans are the 11th seed in the Western Conference with a 25-47 record in 72 games.

They have won six out of their last ten games (and are 9-25 in the 34 they have played on the road away from New Orleans).
