Gas prices in Northern New York rising above state average

Gas prices are going up, and some areas in Northern New York are seeing prices higher than the state average.According to AAA, the current average price of gas in New York state is about $3.90. That is a 24-cent increase from last Monday.Just last month, the average sat at just $3.
