Manhattan, NY Tishman Speyer closed two new leases and one renewal for 600 Fifth Ave.: King & Wood Mallesons, an international law firm, and Legends Global, a global sports and entertainment company, signed leases for new spaces for 8,000 s/f each. Sumitomo Electric U.S.A. Holdings renewed its lease for 8,000 s/f.

King & Wood Mallesons is an international law firm with deep roots in Asia and a global footprint, advising corporations, financial institutions, and governments on complex cross-border transactions, disputes, and regulatory matters. The 8,000 s/f space is on the 27th floor of 600 Fifth Ave.

Legends Global is the premier partner to the world’s greatest live events, venues, and brands, offering a fully integrated solution of premium services, including feasibility & consulting, owner’s rep, sales, partnerships, venue management, hospitality, merchandise, and content & booking. The 8,000 s/f space is on the 19th floor of 600 Fifth Ave.

Sumitomo Electric U.S.A. Holdings is the regional holding company for Japan-based Sumitomo Electric Industries, a global manufacturing company that operates in diverse sectors, including automotive, infocommunications, and energy, with a focus on long-term value creation. The 8,000 s/f space is on the 18th floor of 600 Fifth Ave.

In the lease agreements, Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Blythe Kinsler, Ben Epstein, Kate Walker, or James Einstein. King & Wood Mallesons was represented by Cole Chartash of Cushman & Wakefield. Legends Global was represented by Jonathan Franzel and Leo Kone of Newmark. Sumitomo Corp. was represented by James Saunders and Brett Stein of Newmark.
