Police say a 34-year-old man was shot in Williamsburg, and they are searching for the four men responsible.
A crime scene was established near 224 South 3rd St. just before 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Surveillance video shows the violent scene unfold in broad daylight – with a group of men who appear to be engaged in an argument that quickly turns physical.
When the victim backed away, a man wearing all black pulled out a gun and fired a single shot toward the 34-year-old, which police say struck him in the abdomen.
The four men quickly dispersed, including one who took off on a moped. Authorities say they were last seen heading southbound on Havemeyer Street.
EMS rushed the man to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where he is expected to recover.
