NEW YORK, NY— Chama Mama, a Georgian staple founded by Tamara Chubinidze in 2019, opened a 6,300-square-foot Bushwick location.

Let’s Chama, an artisanal Georgian bakery, debuted both Bushwick and Chelsea last week.

The Bushwick location at 81 Morgan Avenue features a 64-seat main dining room with an open kitchen, a 25-seat bar and lounge, and a 14-seat bakery.

Menu offerings include Adjaruli Khachapuri, Shoti Lobiani, Saperavi and Pomegranate Beef Stew, assorted Pkhali, kebabs, and Khinkali dumplings, led by executive chef Nino Chiokadze.

Beverage Director Lasha Tsatava curated a cocktail and wine program featuring Georgia’s wines and signature drinks such as the Georgia 1991 and the Balanchine.

Let’s Chama serves pastries, sandwiches, and beverages, offering items like Khachapuri, Mushroom Pie, Chocolate Cigaretti, Fig-Vanilla Lattes, and Cinnamon-Walnut Lattes. Guests can enjoy grab-and-go service at Let’s Chama Chelsea, located at 149 West 14th Street.

Chama Mama Bushwick serves dinner Sunday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., with lunch Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Let’s Chama is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at both locations.
