The Brooklyn Heights Association’s annual egg hunts will take place this Saturday, March 28, starting at 10:30 AM. One hunt, for todders three years old and under, will be held at the Harry Chapin Playground, Columbia Heights at Middagh Street. The other, for kids four and older, will be at the Pierrepont Playground, at the foot of Pierrepont Street. Families with children in both age ranges may choose which playground to visit (a word to the wise: Pierrepont has bathrooms; Harry Chapin does not, though there are bathrooms a short walk down Columbia Heights in Squibb Park). Although the egg supply will be generous, children are asked to take home no more than two each. Egg Hunt sponsor City Point will provide a surprise guest.
There will be a bake sale hosted by BHA at both playground locations. If you would like to contribute baked goods for sale or work a one hour shift at one of the tables. please register here.
