An NYPD officer pulled his gun on a civilian employee inside police headquarters Thursday night, according to law enforcement officials.

Quilbvio Espinal, 35, was arrested and charged with menacing after the incident, which occurred around 10:45 p.m. at One Police Plaza in Lower Manhattan on Thursday, a police spokesperson said.

The department’s Internal Affairs Bureau is investigating the matter.

The Police Benevolent Association did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
