The New York Giants are soon to take the field in 2026.
Paul Schwartz of the New York Post reports that the Giants‘ offseason workout program will begin on Tuesday, April 7.
The Giants named Harbaugh as their head coach on January 20. Under NFL rules, teams that hire a new head coach may begin their offseason workout program on April 6—two weeks earlier than teams with returning head coaches, which start on April 20.
The Giants’ most recent game was a 34-17 victory over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 18 of the 2025 season on January 4. The start of the offseason program comes just under four weeks before the 2026 NFL draft, which begins on April 23.
The Giants will hold training sessions, meetings, and other scheduled activities as they prepare for the 2026 season.
