A 21-year-old man was shot in the head and critically wounded in a Bronx apartment building, police said Monday.
The victim was shot inside an apartment building on Harrison Ave. near W. Burnside Ave. in Morris Heights about 10:50 p.m. Sunday, cops said.
Medics rushed the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was clinging to life.
Police recovered one shell casing at the scene.
The shooter got away and it is not yet clear what sparked the shooting, cops said.
