MANATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was behind bars in the Riley County Jail following his arrest on Monday night in connection with a burglary and battery incident that was reported this past week in Manhattan, officials said.
The incident was reported around 4:57 p.m. Friday at an undisclosed location in Manhattan.
Riley County police listed a 39-year-old woman as the victim and a known man as the suspect.

The man, identified as Kevin Harbaugh, 44, of Manhattan, was arrested around 10:25 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of Limey Place, on the east side of Manhattan.
Harbaugh was booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with aggravated burglary; domestic battery; intimidation of a witness; and violation of a protection order.
Harbaugh was issued a total bond of $50,000 and remained Tuesday in the Riley County Jail.
